Noeline Burk: nburk@pickeringcollege.on.ca Our school has implemented a Global Leadership Programme that umbrellas over every aspect of our academic, co-curricular and residential programmes. From JK-12, the GLP is embedded in all of our programmes. By Grade 12, the students have fulfilled a number of “requirements” and satisfied a list of Core Competencies. There is FAR more to share about this programme (which is amazing!!!) and we are still developing it. (It was introduce to the senior (9-12) 4 years ago, and implemented in the Primary (JK-3), Junior (4-5) and Middle (6-8) during the 2015-16 school year.
